Role Overview
- In the Defense and Security segment of the global Emergency & Rescue Services business unit, we offer you challenging and varied responsibilities
- Together with an international team, you shape market success, growth and profitability in the regions assigned to you
- Interface to the global organization: you professionally coordinate between the global segment organization and the countries/regions, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Contribute to strategy and marketing mix: you analyze trends, market requirements and competitive situations and derive strategic recommendations
- Market development & customer relationships: you identify and evaluate suitable market entry options, develop new business opportunities and build trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Forecasts & target achievement: through sound short
- and medium-term sales and revenue forecasts, you make a significant contribution to securing growth targets
- Knowledge transfer & training: you support internal teams through workshops, training and active knowledge sharing, promoting competence building in the Defense and Security business area
- Travel: approx. 30% (primarily within Germany)
Requirements
- University degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable discipline
- Extensive professional experience in international marketing or sales
- Mandatory: practical professional experience in a military environment (e.g., collaboration with the Five Eyes community)
- Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and a convincing presence
- Excellent written and spoken English (business fluent)
- German language skills at least at B2 level
