Construction project management & commissioning: You will hold overall responsibility for the completion of the new production site in Neuhausen ob Eck as well as for the entire relocation and consolidation program of all medical device production areas.
Program organization & governance: You will establish an effective program structure with clearly defined workstreams, manage all project phases, and ensure transparency in schedule, budget, risks and decision-making.
Production, equipment and site relocation: You will plan and coordinate the relocation of production equipment, cleanrooms, laboratories, storage areas, tooling and office spaces — including transport, installation, qualification and restart.
Qualification, validation & compliance: Together with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, you will ensure compliant qualification of all equipment and cleanrooms and guarantee adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
Management of external partners: You will select appropriate external engineering, equipment, logistics, validation and IT service providers, negotiate contracts and be responsible for controlling performance, quality and scope of delivery.
Stakeholder, risk & change management: You will coordinate all relevant internal functions, design communication and change processes, be responsible for risk and resource planning, and lead the program through to stable site handover and complete documentation.
Requirements
Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in complex project or transformation environments, ideally in a regulated setting
Proven experience in industrial relocations and transfers — including planning, management and implementation of equipment, cleanroom and site relocations
Strong competency in interdisciplinary multi-project management as well as in preparing and facilitating workshops and decision-making formats
Excellent analytical and methodological skills to quickly grasp complex situations, work them through structurally and develop robust solutions
High social competence and the ability to constructively shape cross-functional collaboration, build sustainable relationships at all levels and confidently manage change processes
Strong personal responsibility, results-orientation, resilience and a reflective, loyal and team-oriented working style
Very good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
