Lead the development and delivery of capital facility projects for Basketball England
Work with clubs and partners to shape viable investment-ready projects
Support project assurance and reporting activities
Provide technical advice to ensure basketball facilities are fit for purpose
Manage budgets related to facility and capital projects
Monitor progress and manage risks associated with projects

A degree in a relevant subject or compensating work experience in a relevant, related field
Project Development / Management experience developing or supporting the development of participation initiatives
Facilities development and programme management experience
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to deliver customer support services effectively and efficiently
Experience in managing operational evaluation and data analysis of programme delivery
Familiarity with high-pressure performance environments
