Client Engagement Manager – Contract

Role Overview

• Own relationships with key clients, guide cross-functional teams, and translate complex technology solutions into tangible business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client technology solutions. Own scope, schedule, quality, resources, and budget.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships at all levels of the client organization.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to define and refine requirements.
• Partner with the Sales team to develop tailored solutions and account strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within enterprise technology consulting services.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field are preferred.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to engage and build credibility with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading IT, application development, or digital transformation engagements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills.
• Practical experience scoping and structuring engagements within formal contract frameworks.
• Comfort managing project budgets and articulating the financial return on technology investment.
