Responsible for effectively managing all existing and potential customers within assigned product category
Serve as the primary contact between the Company and its customers in the Pacific Northwest territory
Maintain consistent contact with customers and prospects to grow, maintain, and manage assigned sales categories
Analyze and validate sales forecasts provided by customers
Design strategies and proposals to accelerate inventory movement
Identify projects to convert other packaging materials to glass
Communicate significant customer information working effectively with Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit, and Sales Service
Start the commercial proposal process and supports the negotiation process as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
One to Five (1-5) years of industry or comparable experience
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work well with the team and other departments
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC skills and ease of working with systems, with an emphasis on CRM platforms, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP
