Create roadmaps for transitioning our existing Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) landscape into the new Business Central environment
Continuously improve our template and reliably implement customer requirements
Scout and evaluate new technologies
Develop the sourcing strategy (make-or-buy) and optimize SLAs
Provide technical leadership of the product team with a focus on strengthening employee self-organization and the team's professional development

Requirements
University degree in IT, business administration or a comparable field
Extensive professional experience with ERP software and its implementation
Experience in budget, project and personnel management, with successfully developed and implemented IT solutions — preferably with international exposure
Knowledge of agile methods such as OKR, DevOps and SCRUM, as well as modern leadership approaches
Business-fluent German and English
