About this role
Role Overview
- Take functional responsibility for colleagues' end-user devices at Dräger
- Develop product strategies and adapt life-cycle management to the needs of your customers
- Further develop the product in cooperation with customers, management and the product team
- Provide functional leadership of the product team
- Plan, manage and monitor the product budget
- Manage the product backlog, including facilitating user story workshops
- Monitor SLAs and product KPIs and regularly optimize them
- Develop sourcing strategies (make-or-buy)
- Build external networks and partnerships
- Manage service providers
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree
- Relevant professional experience including budgetary responsibility and (international) project responsibility
- Knowledge of agile methods, including DevOps
- Extensive know-how in IT operations for client solutions
- Interest in leading-edge technologies
- Knowledge of modern leadership concepts
- Business-fluent English skills
