Design and implement media strategies that align with client objectives and leverage the full spectrum of digital channels with a marked focus on Programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk, StackAdapt), CTV/OTT (MNTN, Amazon, YouTube), Publisher Direct, Native, Syndicated Content, and DOOH
Must have extensive and holistic hands-on tactical execution experience across all channels and be able to launch campaigns autonomously
Showcase a deep understanding of each clients’ business and goals, as well a strong point of view on creative best practices
Lead analysis of weekly performance and trends, showcasing campaign results and strategic insights, distilling large data sets into actionable insights and takeaways
Proactively monitor the performance of campaigns, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
Forecast budgets and outcomes
Proactively partner with client strategists to identify net new opportunities and areas for growth within client accounts, contributing to agency expansion efforts
Use audience planning tools (we use Resonate) to build audience-first media plans
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills and ability to articulate ideas persuasively both on paper and in a room
Be well integrated with the team
e.g. participate in team meetings, active on Slack, etc.
Ensure that the procedures in Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy are personally followed and that all company and client data personally accessed is properly secured
Requirements
7+ years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns
Hands-on execution experience in various platforms (DV360, TTD, StackAdapt, Amazon, MNTN, YouTube, etc) to specific ROI goals
Broad fluency in digital channels—including native, influencer, CTV/OTT, content syndication, and publisher-direct
B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus
Proven track record managing high campaign volumes, large budgets & complex strategies across multiple channels and driving quantifiable results, with extreme attention to detail
A strong understanding of full-funnel planning—balancing brand-building with performance marketing
A business-minded, entrepreneurial approach; you see the opportunities before they’re pointed out and make them happen
Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships
Experience with data analysis, visualization and presentation
High level of professionalism, accountability, and personal responsibility
Ability to travel to client sites and/or conferences on occasion
B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
