Lead complex and bespoke partner relationships, establishing trust
Develop joint go-to-market plans and execute against those plans
Contribute to substantial net-new revenue growth with partners.
Collaborate with the Workday Global Partner Organization to define and execute strategy.
Requirements
4+ years in software as a service companies
4+ years of experience in account management, either with partners or customers
Graduate or undergraduate degree, or equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering, Economics, or Finance
Experience in US healthcare, financial services or insurance markets
Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact
Ability to frame, structure and execute large and complex partner deals
Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes
Ability to influence senior leaders and executives
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
