Role Overview
- Own activities in social and community channels for Workyard's LLM visibility strategy
- Manage online community engagement across Reddit and other relevant forums
- Write YouTube scripts and run the LinkedIn content calendar
- Collaborate with video editor and content team
- Report on engagement metrics and trends.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years managing social media or online communities professionally
- Hands-on ownership of at least two of the following: Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other online forums and community platforms
- Experience with writing video scripts or long-form content
- Community engagement on Reddit at real depth
- Comfortable being judged on outcomes: LLM citations, video output, engagement quality, and channel growth.
- Pick things up fast in construction and field services space
- Understand online communities and social media metrics.
