Gerontopsychiatric Nursing Specialist

Role Overview

• Ensure residents' quality of life through individualized, activating and holistic care and support
• Actively participate in and implement care concepts and professional nursing standards
• Adapt care to each resident's health status and individual needs
• Document care processes and ensure their quality assurance
• Implement physician-delegated orders and therapies
• Provide conceptual support and further develop work in the protected living unit
• Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students and interns

Requirements

• Completed training as a registered nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Further qualification in gerontopsychiatric care (m/f/d)
• Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
• High level of commitment and strong organizational skills
• Enjoy working with residents
• Team player with social skills and a sense of responsibility
