Support the Group Communications team in executing effective media and public relations activities that strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility.
Contribute to both proactive and reactive communication efforts, with a focus on drafting press materials, supporting crisis communication workflows, and managing media monitoring tools and reporting.
Draft and edit press releases, Q&As, holding statements, and other media materials in both Swedish and English.
Support the Press Officer in crisis communication situations, including preparing materials and coordinating responses.
Monitor media coverage using our media monitoring tools, compile daily news summaries, and prepare regular reports and insights.
Help maintain and update media lists and press contact databases.
Coordinate translations and ensure consistency in messaging across languages and markets.
Collaborate with colleagues across Group Communications and other functions to ensure alignment and accuracy in external messaging.

2-4 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or corporate communications, preferably within an international corporate setting.
A Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Communications.
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Swedish and English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and basic analytics/reporting.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
Interest in corporate communications, crisis management, and media relations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in handling confidential information with sensitivity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
