Role Overview
- Patch in-house connections
- Install end devices at residential and business customers' premises
- Assist with setup and commissioning of PCs and Smart TVs
- Troubleshoot network components in coordination with the NOC
Requirements
- Technical training, preferably in telecommunications or communication electronics
- Practical experience in troubleshooting telecommunications or fiber-optic networks
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
