Director, Regulatory Advertising – Promotion

Role Overview

• Review and approve materials compliant with advertising & promotional regulations
• Align with regulatory colleagues on strategies for commercial success
• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and vendors
• Ensure on-time and accurate submission of materials to regulatory agencies
• Serve as internal regulatory expert on FDA regulations

Requirements

• 8 – 12 years experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum of 8 years focused in regulatory advertising & promotion
• Advanced degree preferred (preferably in a scientific discipline)
