About this role

Train Clinical Research Scientists to execute clinical trials in collaboration with clinical operations and medical directors
Lead, recruit, and train a team of Clinical Research Scientists
Provide strategic support and direction for clinical drug development programs
Understand the competitive landscape and provide insights on strategic development pathways
Collaborate with the project team on the review and analysis of study results
Contribute to drafting manuscripts and other publications

BS/MS/PhD in a related life science discipline or PharmD; RN, BSN or MSN preferred
Minimum of 10 years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (clinical science, medical writing, etc.)
Prior oncology drug development experience required
Experience leading a Clinical Research Scientist team through study design and startup
Prior experience with NDA submission and approval process
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific writing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
