Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 Implementation Analysts and Managers.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partners in the merchant acquiring space.
Manage a portfolio of high-priority or complex implementation projects personally.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements, resolve blockers, and deliver seamless partner experiences.
Drive the adoption of efficiency measures, process optimizations, automation opportunities, and best practices.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the team.
Identify risks and dependencies in partner implementations; proactively mitigate issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Stay current on industry trends in merchant acquiring and regulatory changes to inform team strategies and process improvements.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech implementation/project management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Proven track record leading implementation/onboarding teams for ISOs, FSPs, PayFacs/PFACs, or similar partner models in merchant services/acquiring.
Deep understanding of merchant acquiring ecosystems, including retail/wholesale ISO structures, payment facilitator models, boarding processes, risk/compliance requirements, and integration with processing platforms.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams of 5+ direct reports.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, adopt efficiency tools/automation, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent project management skills; PMP certification or equivalent experience a plus.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across sales, operations, product, and technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
