Supervise the Service Managers of the various establishments in your territory
Participate in designing and co-managing the Territorial Platform project
Be responsible for the Quality approach, Evaluations/Risk Management and Continuous Improvement
Implement the territory's HR and financial policy
Ensure coordination across multiple medico-social establishments and continuity of leadership
Develop the service offering and territorial partnerships

Level 7 diploma (Master's degree) in the medico-social sector, such as CAFDES, Master’s in Medico-Social Management, etc.
Significant professional experience in management within the medico-social sector, ideally with experience managing managers
Ability to unite teams and establish a working framework; strong communication skills and rigor to position yourself as a natural leader
Proficiency with management tools, quality monitoring and control, and information systems
Regular travel across the platform area and to Head Office (Clermont-Ferrand); category B driving license required
Supportive attitude, professionalism, rigor, strong organizational skills, and strict respect for confidentiality
