Organize and oversee all security operations of the company.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks.
Control budgets for security operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise security staff and vendors.
Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate risks.
Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
Maintain a secure environment and minimize potential security breaches.
Collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders for enhanced security.
Coordinate with other departments for cohesive security management.
Conduct security awareness training for employees and contractors.
Develop emergency response plans and ensure staff training.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, or a bachelor's degree in security management or a related field
Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management.
Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
More than one year of law enforcement experience (preferred)
Good understanding of the Security and Access H/W (preferred)
Good understanding of the Security Camera and Access system (preferred)
IT & network knowledge (preferred)
Essential Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (preferred)
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies. (preferred)
Familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems. (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. (preferred)
