Professional qualifications: technical vocational training (e.g., as a plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) or as an electrical technician) OR a completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Industrial/Operational, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering
Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
