Role Overview
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems
- Assess and optimize maintenance measures
- Budget responsibility
- Maintain property documentation and manage subcontractors

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards, and occupational health and safety
Requirements

- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
- Driving licence Class B
- Professional qualifications: technical vocational training (e.g., as a plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK) or as an electrical technician) OR a completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Industrial/Operational, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
