Role Overview
- First point of contact for employees with technical questions
- Ensure the reliable operation of our IT systems
- Provide day-to-day support and assist with the ongoing development of our IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in IT support or system administration
- Good knowledge of: Windows Client / Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment in working with end users
- Team player with initiative
