About this role
Role Overview
- Configuration and operation of network components
- Installations in the data center and at customer sites
- Network management, monitoring and documentation
- Handling incident reports at the 2nd level (2nd-level support)
- Identifying potential faults and initiating appropriate remedial actions
Requirements
- Completed technical training, technical degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Candidates without prior experience or career changers are welcome
- Knowledge of TCP/IP (advantageous)
- Experience with routing protocols (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of configuration and operation of access technology based on VDSL/Ethernet (advantageous)
- Network certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA) (advantageous)
