Insurance Customer Advisor

Role Overview

• Handle client enquiries by phone and email
• Assess clients' needs and present appropriate insurance solutions
• Independently manage client files
• Develop client portfolios through business development activities
• Manage and follow up on insurance claims
• Actively participate in agency life and team activities

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in the insurance sector of at least four years
• Commercial drive and strong interpersonal skills
• Desire to integrate into the team and build trusted relationships
• High level of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
• Curiosity and initiative when prospecting potential clients
• Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus
