Role Overview
- Manage existing customers: You develop and deepen existing customer relationships, provide active support, and ensure the satisfaction of our long-standing clients
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts: You create tailored offers and successfully drive contract negotiations to completion
- Collaborate with the product team: You provide valuable market feedback and help further optimize our product
- Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding with a dedicated mentor

Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in public administration, business administration, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Passion for consulting and working with customers
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly topics related to digitalization and process management
- Initial project experience is an advantage
- Experience in the waste management industry is an advantage
- High commitment and willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a structured way in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
