Ensure timely and quantity-accurate availability of all bill-of-materials (BOM)-relevant materials as well as furnishing materials for the Berentzen Group
Determine optimal order quantities based on SAP demand planning and in coordination with production planning and the production department
Support in complaint handling
Obtain and file relevant supplier and material documents
Create and maintain master data for suppliers and materials
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the supply chain
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field or equivalent
Several years of purchasing experience, preferably in the food industry
Confident user of MS Office and very good SAP knowledge (MM module)
Team player with assertiveness, high work motivation and the ability to perform under pressure
Ability to understand complex issues
