Strategic Category Ownership: You develop and execute forward-looking category strategies for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging based on deep market, cost, and supplier analyses
Value Creation & Cost Leadership: You identify, prioritize, and deliver significant cost-saving and value-enhancing initiatives while ensuring ambitious annual productivity targets
Supplier Excellence: You build and manage a high-performing, strategically aligned supplier base, lead segmentation efforts, and conduct performance and executive business reviews
Complexity Reduction & Standardization: You actively reduce specification complexity and optimize the supplier landscape to drive sustainable efficiency
High-Impact Negotiations: You independently lead complex RFX processes, negotiations, and contract management, balancing price, service, quality, IP, and risk considerations
Risk Management & Resilience: You proactively monitor price developments and market volatility and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard supply continuity
Stakeholder Leadership: You collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, R&D, and senior management, driving alignment and ensuring disciplined execution
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
You bring at least 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing with a proven track record of measurable value delivery
You demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical depth, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
