Role Overview
- Responsible for defining, standardizing and optimizing procurement processes worldwide to ensure compliance, cost efficiency and strategic alignment
- Develop and maintain global procurement process standards and policies
- Drive process harmonization across regions and business units
- Collaborate with category leads and suppliers to ensure strategic alignment
- Partner with IT to enable digital procurement solutions and automation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in global procurement and process optimization
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement tools
