About this role
Role Overview
Develop a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets within a territory or market.
Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential clients.
Track transactions and activities in the assigned territory using prospecting tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Meet or exceed sales, call, and meeting targets on a monthly and annual basis.
Make cold calls to generate client meetings and present Iceberg Finance programs.
Keep client records up to date in the CRM and manage the progression of client files through the acquisition process.
Assist with accounts receivable collection when required.
Conduct 6 to 8 dealership visits per day;
Represent Iceberg Finance at various events;
Contribute to the development of new service offerings or the improvement of existing offerings to help increase sales.
Requirements
Experience in the automotive, finance, or insurance industries.
Sales experience.
Proven track record of success in developing new markets.
Excellent communication skills.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational, time management, and territory management skills.
Experience with public speaking, presentations, and relationship management.
