Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Drive new logo acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic pipeline development.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Engage C-level and senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations to understand business needs and position appropriate SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
- Own and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology solutions industry.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and closing new business deals.
- Experience selling to or managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
