Service Technician, Customer Support

Role Overview

• Maintenance of water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems and special extinguishing systems at customer sites
• Commissioning of water-based extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems and special extinguishing systems
• Expansion and modification of fire protection systems
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duty

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a gas and water installer or metalworker (locksmith) or equivalent vocational training
• Initial professional experience in customer service
• Driving licence class B
• Customer-oriented, communicative, resilient, solution-focused and able to work independently
