Receive and review a lead list — quickly evaluate each prospect's position within their industry before calling
Execute 150+ outbound dials per day
Maintain a 3% call-to-demo conversion rate (4–5 demos scheduled per day)
Record accurate, relevant notes on every meaningful interaction
Work within the dialing platform and CRM to manage activity and pipeline
Submit a concise daily report of call stats at end of day
Requirements
Near-natural English fluency
Clear and professional English pronunciation
Relentless work ethic

Able to handle rejection positively, as this role involves high-volume outbound calls and frequent prospect interactions

Consistent, daily work output at a high volume without compromising quality
