Driving delivery for your clients and managing your sales goal, pipeline and execution
Developing and executing on strategic sales strategy and business plans for strategic key clients, prospects and delivery against our most strategic business objectives
Deliver product feedback to operations leaders to ensure the voice of the customer is part of Quantcast’s DNA
Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
Partner with the Client Success team to develop industry relationships
Effectively present Quantcast’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace
Attend and participate in industry events
Analyse sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards team KPIs and targets
Provide mentorship to junior team members with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and any other tasks that will help the team achieve their revenue targets
Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in media/advertising landscape with at least 2-3 years in a senior sales position
A sales 'hunter' mentality
Proven ability to source and pitch to prospects and clients, asking great discovery questions to find out what it is the client needs
Interpersonal skills
you’re a confident communicator and are able to quickly build rapport with others
A positive, can do attitude, but above all you’ll be a team player
