About this role
Role Overview
Maintain relationships with existing clients, including customer visits
Present the hotel at trade fairs and client events
Acquire new clients (new business development)
Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients
Plan, organize and implement sales-promoting activities, such as creating mailings followed by telemarketing
Prepare proposals and offers
Maintain customer records in Fidelio Suite 8 and NextGuest (training provided if needed)
Requirements
Completed vocational training in hospitality or in sales
Experience preparing correspondence and mailings, data management, research and compiling statistics
Strong organizational skills and an outgoing, communicative personality
Valid Class B driving licence (car)
