Leverages understanding of ecommerce platforms, marketing technology, and digital analytics to identify strategic opportunities and position solutions credibly with client stakeholders.
Mentors team members on effectively positioning technical solutions to clients.

Represents the agency in high-stakes meetings, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
Develops and refines communication strategies that align with organizational goals and client success.
Resolves complex conflicts diplomatically while maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in an agency account management role
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
Experience with inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels — particularly search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing, content marketing, social media, email, and websites
Ability to interpret data and reporting from platforms including GA4, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and ecommerce platforms to inform strategic recommendations.
A strong technical aptitude to confidently engage in conversations related to marketing and development projects.
Experience in customer journey mapping, funnel mapping, and persona development
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and inform on marketing data and make recommendations
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while working against tight deadlines
Proficient in writing clear, concise, detailed briefs
Proven experience working with multiple client personalities and communicating in a timely and effective manner
A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns.
