About this role
Role Overview
- Work directly with Process Innovation Manager to examine current processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collect and document requirements for projects and improvement efforts
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Buying, Planning, and Merchandising teams to understand needs and to ensure that desired results are achieved
- Develop, test, and implement new innovative processes for respective teams and ensure new practices are appropriately integrated
- Develop strategies, automate reporting tools, and streamline processes to help overall efficiencies
- Multi-task high priority, long-term projects and ad hoc requests from various departments
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A minimum of 5-7 years of analytical experience – preferably in the retail industry
- SQL experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree
