Primary point of contact for the INVENT Xpert software solution, providing customers with technical and functional expertise
Advise existing customers on sample-based inventory counts (cycle counting) to optimize processes
Support sales in the presales phase with consulting expertise
Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing customers
Responsibility for smaller projects related to SAP EWM
Actively contribute to the further development and quality assurance of the software solutions

At least two years of professional experience in project management, technical consulting, or a related IT environment
Experience independently leading projects and advising customers
Practical experience with SAP EWM and solid knowledge
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
Confident advising on standard software and extensions — from workshops to solution development
Team player with clear communication skills
Willingness to provide support outside regular working hours
Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1), both written and spoken
