You lead, develop and coach the Account and Key Account teams, ensuring our customers receive excellent support and that our SaaS and AI products remain successful in the market long-term
As the primary contact for our top customers and their C-level executives, you align activities with their long-term strategic goals and strengthen sustainable partnerships
Drawing on your own sales experience, you identify growth opportunities, manage contract renewals and conduct negotiations at the C-level
You develop account strategies and forecasts that unlock revenue potential and strengthen our market position
You contribute new ideas for the structural advancement of the account management area and ensure scalable processes
Requirements
A completed degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on law / business law or a comparable field
Several years of leadership experience in Account Management or Key Account Management of complex SaaS and AI environments
Very strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at C-level
Proven track record of successful negotiations on large-scale projects, including in-depth experience and knowledge of general terms and conditions (T&Cs), SaaS contracts, etc.
A data-driven, strategic mindset to analyze customer insights, usage metrics and market trends with focus
Strong international orientation and willingness to travel occasionally
Business-fluent German and English (at least C1), both written and spoken
Nice to have: extensive sales experience with international major accounts and experience in aviation
