Role Overview
- Lead and supervise the assigned team
- Coordinate sales activities in line with defined KPIs
- Plan, forecast and monitor sales in close cooperation with Finance/Controlling and Logistics
- Take ownership of distributor accounts and negotiate central terms and conditions
Requirements
- University degree and at least 5 years' experience in the B2B cleaning industry
- Deep expertise in the professional cleaning segment and B2B business models
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Initial experience in people management
- Fluent in English
