Drive new ABL business through strong Centers of Influence including private equity sponsors, investment bankers, attorneys, and accountants.
Develop high-quality prospects and convert opportunities into closed, profitable relationships.
Analyze financial statements, collateral reports, and risk factors to ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines.
Partner with internal teams to structure competitive pricing, credit solutions, and return strategies.
Cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, private banking, wealth management, and other non-borrowing services.
Coordinate due diligence from initial screening through legal documentation and loan closing.
Represent the bank in community and industry organizations to build brand presence and referral networks.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Salesforce and other required systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales and business development experience
Proven track record of sales success and client relationship management
Knowledge of treasury and other non-borrowing commercial banking products
Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive
10+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales and business development experience (preferred)
