Role Overview
- You are responsible for ensuring guests' satisfaction and for organizing the daily operations at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
- You lead the entire team.
- You motivate your staff.
- You create shift schedules for kitchen, bar and service and provide regular training.
- You monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, personnel costs and cost of goods.
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations and bank deposits is part of your responsibilities.
- You ensure that hygiene standards and occupational health and safety regulations are complied with at all times.
- You are the primary point of contact for questions from guests and team members.
Requirements
- You have completed training in (system) gastronomy or a related field.
- Business experience, particularly in people management and cost control.
- A genuine team spirit.
- You are open-minded and enthusiastic.
- You can motivate others and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile: you are hands-on, take responsibility and are action-oriented.
- Service-oriented and flexible.
