About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for ensuring guests' satisfaction and for organizing the daily operations at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
You lead the entire team.
You motivate your staff.
You create shift schedules for kitchen, bar and service and provide regular training.
You monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, personnel costs and cost of goods.
Performing daily and monthly reconciliations and bank deposits is part of your responsibilities.
You ensure that hygiene standards and occupational health and safety regulations are complied with at all times.
You are the primary point of contact for questions from guests and team members.
Requirements
You have completed training in (system) gastronomy or a related field.
Business experience, particularly in people management and cost control.
A genuine team spirit.
You are open-minded and enthusiastic.
You can motivate others and have strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to go the extra mile: you are hands-on, take responsibility and are action-oriented.
Service-oriented and flexible.
