PROJECTS & ONBOARDING: In addition to recruiting, you will contribute to other exciting projects and support onboarding for new colleagues — for example, our Welcome Days.

Requirements
You have substantial experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
You have excellent communication skills in German and English, allowing you to adapt German and Austrian contracts if needed.
You have a talent for relationship management, especially using an ATS.
You have experience with at least two ATS, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
You think creatively and identify top talent using innovative sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn) — you know LinkedIn Recruiter inside out.
You work independently, are proactive, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and experience and is open to new ideas.
Nice to have: Experience with tools such as Ashby, Hibob, Personio, and Google Workspace.
