Design and produce visual assets for internal communications projects (posters, email banners, visuals for internal social channels, branded merchandise, office branding, etc.)
Develop visual content consistent with the Group's brand guidelines
Ensure the aesthetic quality and consistency of graphic deliverables
Create and edit videos using PlayPlay, from capture to final edit
Produce video content to support internal communications initiatives
Contribute to modernizing the PowerPoint template used for internal meetings
Continuously improve the intranet's look and feel
Assist with updating the intranet and publishing internal articles
Support the organization of internal activities and events at the Boulogne headquarters
Propose new creative ideas to boost employee engagement
Actively participate in the Group's internal communication projects
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Graphic Design, Design, or Communications
Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Design and/or Communications
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive designs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Good command of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Figma (or equivalent) and Canva
Experience in UX or motion/animation is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetic composition
Curiosity, creativity and eagerness to learn
Open-mindedness and ability to work in an international environment
