Design and develop visuals for emails and digital advertising, adhering to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
Work closely with the creative, growth marketing, and email teams to ensure smooth project execution
Present, explain, and justify your creative decisions and design choices
Analyze competitors' visual and textual output and propose ideas that could set us apart
Maintain and organize Figma component libraries and keep them up to date

Formal education in Graphic Design
Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design
Strong knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, components, Emailify, etc.)
Understanding of design principles and typography
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent English skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills in French
English proficiency is required, as the role involves working with an international team across Canada, the UK, and the rest of Europe
Comfortable with web-related terminology to communicate effectively with the web design lead (asset)
Knowledge of web design best practices and Webflow (asset)
