Integrated within the Commerce, Marketing and Collaborative application unit of the Group IT Department, you will participate in scoping and managing IT projects.
You will report to the Application Manager for the scope.
For projects or application changes, you will be expected to contribute to the IT management by applying the project methodology and Sodiaal standards:
Define required resources, set the project schedule, assist with solution selection...
Implement the solution and report to management (IT and business stakeholders)
Take part in testing campaigns for solutions being implemented: provide IT support for writing test scenarios, perform IT tests, monitor tests and record results in our testing tools
Support Go-Live activities and project closure.
To gain exposure to the IT department's application run activities, you may be asked to contribute to run tasks for the scope: handling Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, support procedures, and monitoring small application changes...
Requirements
Higher education (University, MIAGE Master, Master’s in Computer Science, or computer engineering school) — Bac+4/5 level. You are looking for a 12 to 24-month work-study contract.
Good knowledge of project methodology, IT department processes and IT project management (V-model, Agile…)
Familiarity with a project management tool is a plus.
Proactive and able to propose solutions; organized and rigorous; strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Ability to work in a team, adapt to multiple stakeholders and demonstrate diplomacy.
