YASH Technologies is a leading global technology services and solutions provider, helping organizations reimagine operating models and drive business transformation. They are seeking a Kinaxis Project Manager with extensive IT project management experience, specifically in the supply chain domain, to oversee the successful implementation of Kinaxis projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Governance: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage communications between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, creating mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with delivery heads to allocate the right resources (Architects, Developers, Functional Consultants) to the project
- Kinaxis Lifecycle Management: Oversee key phases including Fit-Gap analysis, prototyping, data migration, integration testing, UAT, and Go-Live
- Status Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates to executive leadership and clients
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the high-quality standards and align with Kinaxis best practices
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Project Management, with at least 5 years in the Supply Chain or ERP consulting space
- Must have managed at least 1 end-to-end Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation project
- Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) project management methodologies
- Solid understanding of S&OP, Demand, and Supply Planning concepts to effectively communicate with functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred
- Kinaxis certification is a strong plus
