About this role
Role Overview
Operational software license management across the entire lifecycle
Manage the team mailbox including triage and forwarding of requests
Perform internal chargebacks and allocations within defined processes
Maintain, update and quality-assure the license management tool SAM Pro (ServiceNow)
Support ensuring license compliance and cost optimization
Assist with documentation, transparency and tracking of all license-related information
Requirements
Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or license management
Technical understanding and solid knowledge of the IT environment
Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is a plus
Understanding of different licensing models (e.g., user-based, CPU-based, core-based)
Excellent German language skills
