Requirements
Several years (5+ years) of professional experience in a reputable management consultancy, strategy consulting firm, or in a demanding in-house consulting role
Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects, restructurings, or margin/cost-efficiency programs
Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and strategically developing enterprise clients at top-management level
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a strong drive to deliver results
Business-fluent German and English
