Analyze customers' business processes and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
Design and develop applications and extend existing modules by programming in C# or JavaScript, including plug-ins and workflows as needed.
Serve as the technical point of contact for our clients within project contexts.
Design, implement, and ensure the quality of solutions.
Participate in workshops for requirements analysis and solution design.
Support the sales team with effort estimates and the technical assessment of requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Initial professional experience in the relevant area and familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules.
Basic understanding of enterprise software architectures and integrating D365 systems into existing IT infrastructures.
Initial experience extending modules using C#, JavaScript, plug-ins, and workflows.
Openness to working with AI-assisted technologies.
Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form.
