Role Overview
- Provides senior level strategic direction in product development
- Responsible for leading Product Strategy for Point-of-Sale solutions
- Formulating strategy and policy for product portfolios
- Building a strong talent pipeline within the team
- Ensures effective delivery of complete solutions to market problems
- Reviews and approves business and expense plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience
- 10+ years related experience required
- Proven senior management leadership skills
- Proven experience in product research, product analysis, and development
- Superb communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
- High proficiency in preparing and managing budgets and P&L
- Expertise in Residential Lending processes and regulatory needs
