Analyze clients' business processes and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
Responsible for the design and development of applications and for extending existing modules by programming in C# or JavaScript, including plugins and workflows as needed.
Serve as the technical point of contact for our clients within the project environment.
Responsible for the design, implementation, and quality assurance of solutions.
Conduct workshops for requirements analysis and solution design.
Support the sales team with effort estimates and assessing the technical feasibility of requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in the relevant area and solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly the Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement modules.
Experience with enterprise software architectures and integrating D365 systems into existing IT infrastructures.
Strong knowledge of extending modules using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and workflows.
Openness to utilizing AI-driven technologies.
Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form.
