About this role
Role Overview
You proactively and confidently reach out to new customers — by phone, digitally, and in person at trade shows or events
You identify potential B2B leads, qualify them, and prepare them for the sales team
You develop and maintain contact lists, CRM data, and outreach campaigns
You support the sales team through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and continuous lead-nurturing activities
You actively share feedback from conversations with the team
You are responsible for meeting defined KPIs and continuously improving outreach and qualification strategies.
Requirements
Some initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Proactive, confident, and assertive personality
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness over the phone and digital channels
Ability to build trust quickly
Persistence and resilience in the face of setbacks
Structured working style, organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems is a plus
Team player with a willingness to learn, high self-motivation, and goal orientation
